CSBS Business is the fruit and vegetable supply website of Core Superior Business Solutions Company. We welcome sourcing enquiries from restaurants, hotels, retailers, caterers and other businesses in Jeddah.

Our enquiry process starts with your operation: products, quantities, city, packaging, ripeness and delivery preferences. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed in a written quotation.

We serve businesses in Jeddah. Tell us your delivery site and required quantities. Service availability at your location, minimum order and any delivery charges depend on the products and schedule and are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Ordering and delivery windows

Submit an enquiry at any time through the website or email. Preferred delivery days, cut-off times and the delivery window are agreed with the sales team. Sending an enquiry is not an order confirmation.

Prices, payment and invoices

Your quotation specifies the products, units, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment terms and validity. Payment or credit arrangements require confirmation; no credit facility is implied by this website.

Quality, substitutions and delivery checks

Specify origin, grade, ripeness and packaging requirements when enquiring. Substitution preferences must be confirmed with the team. At delivery, check quantities and visible condition against the confirmed order. Report discrepancies promptly with the order reference and photographs where possible. The resolution is assessed against the agreed specifications, circumstances and applicable rights.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. CSBS receives it only after you choose to send it in WhatsApp. Cloudflare, WhatsApp and email providers process technical or enquiry data needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry data should be retained only as needed for the enquiry, the resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. To ask about your information, request access, a copy, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable, email help@csbs.sa with the subject “Privacy request”. Verification may be needed before handling a request. Applicable exceptions and obligations may affect how a request is fulfilled.

Cookies and external content

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and product photography from Unsplash. These requests may disclose technical data such as your IP address to the provider. Opening WhatsApp is subject to its own privacy and cookie policies. You can manage cookies through your browser.
