Submit an enquiry at any time through the website or email. Preferred delivery days, cut-off times and the delivery window are agreed with the sales team. Sending an enquiry is not an order confirmation.

CSBS receives it only after you choose to send it in WhatsApp. Cloudflare, WhatsApp and email providers process technical or enquiry data needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry data should be retained only as needed for the enquiry, the resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
